Please note that with all artisan-crafted hand-knotted rugs there can be minor variations in sizing and color. We try to manufacture each rug as close to specification as possible. But, as with all hand made items, there may be slight variations.
Returns/Refunds:
Items that are lost or damaged in the shipping process must be reported to us within 48 hours. If a rug has been damaged during shipment (ie -the packaging is destroyed and you can see damage to the rug), you may refuse the delivery and report it to us. If delivery is accepted and damage is noticed, you will need to document that and report it to us within 48hours.
In the unlikely event that you receive your rug and there is an obvious manufacturing defect, please report it to us and we will take action to refund/replace your order.
